Yandell operates
125 power units and four hundred fifty pieces of trailing equipment
in California. Since many companies have downsized their traffic
departments, we established our logistics company so that our
customer's can outsource their transportation needs with one
phone call. Our logistics company currently has seventy-five
carriers under contract servicing 48 states, Canada and Mexico.
Intermodal service is also available for those shipments that
are not time sensitive.
Our equipment is specially designed to transport the maximum
payload by either weight or cube. We have done this by working
with designer's on creating trailing equipment that is both
strong but yet light weight. This innovation has been carried
a step further by having a number of our 53' x 102" dry
vans that have three axles instead of two to truly haul the
heaviest legal loads in California. All commodities transported
are in equipment that is prepared to accept food-grade materials
and all loads are locked and sealed.
