Truckaway, Inc. has been in business for sixty years servicing the
state of California. We have terminals in Oakland (main office), Benicia,
Antioch, Tracy and Milpitas. All terminals are electronically networked
to the main office and the power units have digital two-way communications
and cellular phones and the trailing equipment has cellular tracking
devices.
Santa Clara Warehouses, Inc. is our group that provides storage and
distribution services. We have advanced into the 21st century to provide
"just-in-time" service as well as support those companies
that utilize supply-chain management. Our PC based systems with Novell
and Windows NT servers offer support for both DOS base and Windows
based platforms for inventory control and other requirements that
our customer's might prefer. The systems also allows us to communicate
through either EDI or the Internet to create a "paperless"
environment when possible. Support and service to our customer's is
our number one goal so that we can be an asset to them in today's
very competitive marketplace. |
